philmophlegm'Layla' is worthy of consideration here, but maybe a little predictable. Also, 'Bad Love' has one of my favourite intros. Back in the days of mixtapes (and even mix-CDs) this was a song I always put at the beginning of side 1.
This particular live version is from 1990, so you'll have to excuse the appalling hairstyle. Still, if God isn't allowed to have 'Bad Hair' as well as 'Bad Love', then who is?
