This year's selection of April Fool stories in the news seem rather mundane compared to stories like George Galloway winning a by-election and the government giving itself the right to monitor everyone's emails and internet use.

Very dull - like most April Fools when you come across them later presented as an April Fool. Wellinghall & I did enjoy the donkey-rustlers on R4 this morning, though.
