philmophlegmSome janner (that's Plymouth's version of 'chav', more or less) set up a Facebook group encouraging fellow janners to join him for a riot. 1pm, outside Poundland.
Poundland. I mean if you're going to loot, at least loot somewhere expensive...
Best of all was that among the people who had clicked on the group to say they were attending the event was 'Devon & Cornwall Police'...
