Some people's journals show all their tags on the same page. How do you do this? Is it a case of editing your theme, or choosing another theme? Or do you have to fiddle with HTML?

If you look at my journal, the column down the side that has my default icon at the top - that's a sidebar.

If that is what you meant, then I think it would mean changing your journal style. Not all styles are able to have sidebars.
