How much does she think a senior manager in Plymouth earns?

I was working in the Watford office yesterday. One of these followed me into the staff car park:

(For those of you who think a prancing horse is a pub run by Barliman Butterbur, it's a Ferrari F430 Spider.)

As I was leaving later in the day, the department secretary said to me "Ooh, was that your Ferrari in the car park?"

She's obviously remembered that I have a penchant for sports cars, but even then, how much does she think I get paid? (Answer: nowhere near enough to afford an F430)

It was actually being driven by a young lady in (I would guess) her late 20s, which does beg the question "How many people who work for us in their late 20s can afford one?". My best theory is that she was a partner's daughter / secretary / second wife / mistress...

You have to remember that to the car illiterate, like me, all sports cars look the same, and are all assumed to cost A Lot Of Money.
