Re: fitness. I'm into it.

Re: modern televangelists versus medieval cathedrals.

Another important difference is that churches and cathedrals, works of sacred art, etc., are for the use, enjoyment and appreciation of everybody, and for many generations, not just for one big cheese and his posse.

Also, if it really were about Mistah Dollah needing the proper tools to spread the Gospel? There's another obvious solution: he could appoint and train disciples in every city, so then he wouldn't have to travel so much and could fly coach like the rest of us slobs.

Regarding Greg Hardy:

I was listening to the radio this morning where the talk show hosts took a very similar view to Ray McDonald being signed to the Bears. But should the emphasis be on the team to be more moral than the NFL and society at large?

Society has supposedly handled him (or is working to in other cases). The NFL supposed punished him. Now, if society has failed, that's a much bigger issue than which NFL team employs him (since other are getting away with the same thing). If you believe that he doesn't need further legal punishment and he shouldn't get the privilege of playing in the NFL, then its an NFL rule issue. If 6 games isn't a proper punishment, then blame the NFL.
