A five year sentence isn't out of the question. Three perhaps more likely. However, because he is entering into plea bargaining, he has presumably negotiated a shorter sentence. Still, I doubt it would be less than a year.
He'll also void his contract with the Falcons, which will allow them to recover something like $23million in up front signing bonuses, and he'll lose all his sources of income (salary from the Falcons and endorsement deals). He's going to be bankrupt.
