Song 10 - 'The Highwayman', The Highwaymen

See, my musical tastes stretch as far as country! The Highwaymen were a country supergroup featuring Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, Waylon Jennings and Johnny Cash. This song is, I think the sort of song that Olaf Stapledon would have written if he'd have been a country music star and not a philosopher and science fiction writer. It's a good song to sing a long to in the car I find.

Song 11 - 'Sam's Town', The Killers

I wouldn't say that this is my favourite song by any means. However, if you were to ask me of all the songs on my iPod which one I think is the most perfectly constructed, it would be this one. And somehow the Royal Albert Hall seems the perfect venue.
