For the last three years, KPMG has been in the top three in the Sunday Times's "Best Big Companies to Work For" survey. Devon & Cornwall frequently rate highly in lists of most desirable places to live in Britain. There are few graduate employers in Plymouth.

So why the hell can we not find enough graduate recruits?
