1)Netherlands didn't lose in their groups and are still in, so them... Spain DID lose in the groups, so not them. Unfortunately, I have the Groups and teams up on my other monitor, so I didn't resist peeking to remind myself who drew their three group matches, so I can't claim to know it's New Zealand :-).
6)Well, Germany have been fielding players from all over the world - it's something we've been joking about at work. From the names of the second and third, I'm guessing they are all Polish.
7)They were playing for opposing teams! See point 6 re Germany fielding players from ALL OVER
17)They wouldn't let us do the Fosbury Flop at school. Scissor kick high jump for us.
