The next time there is a major tragedy*, and inevitably people start "sending their hopes and prayers", I am really going to find it hard not posting a link to that in reply.



* By which I mean a major tragedy in a photogenic and popular part of the world. Haven't seen too many people sending hopes and prayers to Haiti in the last few days, for example.
