Interview meme from tovaglia

1. Are there ANY good aspects to travelling round the country for work?
2. What sport do you most enjoy watching on TV?
3. Do you like fast cars for the adrenaline rush, if not then for what?
4. What are your 3 favourite foods?
5. Who do you think currently has the worst handwriting: yourself or chris_maslen?

1. I wouldn't like to be sat at the same desk every day. Occasionally it's a chance to catch up on work, for example when taking the train from Edinburgh to Plymouth recently, I cleared 1,752 emails from my inbox.
2. It would be a close call between cycling, American football and real football. I suppose it depends on the time of year. Right now, there's not much football of either variety, but we two thirds of the way into the Tour de France (tomorrow will be a very important stage), so it's cycling.
3. The whole aesthetic package plus the feeling of it as an extension of yourself. I'm not sure I'd describe driving a sports car on a public road as an adrenaline rush, although I've gone karting a few times, and that certainly is.
4. a) A rare fillet steak. b) The particular Sharpham cheese we had last Christmas. (After spending about £70 in the best cheese shop in the country*, I asked the manager to recommend his best cheese. He brought out this wonderfully ripe Brie-like thing from Sharpham in Devon and said it would be the best thing we had for Christmas. He was right.) c) My Mum's Yorkshire puddings.
5. chris_maslen is, I think, remembering my block capitals, not my handwriting. I tend to use block capitals because nobody can ever understand my handwriting, so I'm going to say me.

* Country Cheeses, Tavistock, Devon.
